
I am a huge BBQ fan! At the end of last summer, I finally completed construction on a new 27ft x 15ft deck off of the back of my house. So as you can imagine, I can hardly wait for this years BBQ season to begin so I can break in the new deck. Anyway, a few nights ago I was surfing around the web and I discovered beer can chicken. I cannot wait to try and make me some beer can chicken this summer. Anyone have any great recipes, tips, or tricks?
